We also recognize that hiring a contractor can be a very scary thing.  We want you to know that 1st Priority Roofing not only is registered with the State of Colorado, but we also are licensed and insured with each jurisdiction and pull permits for all our re-roofing projects.  We are not a fly-by-night company chasing storms nor are we a huge conglomerate who set up shop here after a storm.  We also registered with the BBB so our clients can track us that way.

1st Priority Roofing and our staff are experts in dealing with any exterior or interior restoration project you might have from re-roofs, to siding, to painting, to dry-walling, we can help you with it all.  We even replace garage doors!  On a daily basis we deal with insurance companies just like yours, making sure that they have paid you for all the damage to your property.
