Detecting a Leak

If you notice water spots or leaks inside your home, it likely means there is an issue with your roof that requires further inspection. Even small leaks should not be ignored, as they can develop into larger problems if left unchecked.

After Severe Weather

High winds, heavy rain, large hail, and other severe weather events can damage shingles, flashings and other aspects of your roof. After intense storms, thoroughly inspect your roof to check for cracked, loose or missing pieces that need replacement or repairs.

What We Look For

Material Condition

During an inspection, we thoroughly examine the condition of roofing materials like shingles, flashing, tiles and sheeting. We check for cracking, curling, loss of granules, warping and other signs of wear that indicate repairs or replacement are needed.

Water Damage and Leaks

We methodically check areas around roof penetrations, transitions, seams and edges that are vulnerable to leakage. Discoloration, moisture, water trails and excess debris buildup help pinpoint issues. Thermal imaging and water tests assist our leak investigation.
